At HR Solutions, we take the time to get to know you and your career goals. Here's what you can expect once you submit your resume or pre-qualification application to a staffing consultant:
- After submitting your resume or pre-qualification application, a recruiter will contact you by phone to discuss your work experience and career goals.
- Once you're satisfied that HR Solutions will meet your career needs, your recruiter will provide you with our full application, which may be completed online.
- After reviewing your application, your recruiter will arrange a meeting with you at the HR Solutions office. This will include:
- Personal interview. A face-to-face meeting will be arranged to discuss your career history and future plans, strengths, accomplishments, desired work environment, salary goals and personal schedule preferences.
- Skills tests. Appropriate software skills tests may be given based on your experience level, area(s) of expertise and career goals.
- Your recruiter will share your professional profile with the rest of the HR Solutions team and collaborate on the best opportunities for you.
- Once we find a position that matches your skills and experience, we'll discuss the details of the job with you. If you are interested in the position, we will present your qualifications to our client organization. We will not submit your resume without first securing your permission.
- Most clients with direct-hire positions — and many clients with contract opportunities — request a candidate interview before offering a position. We will facilitate the interview and provide you with contact and location information. After your interview, we share detailed feedback from the client on the meeting results.
- If you are offered a direct-hire position, HR Solutions will help you negotiate a salary and benefits package that satisfies your requirements. Compensation for contract assignments is generally established at the time of the position request and will be shared with you before you agree to interview.
- If you accept an offer, for either a contract or direct-hire position, we stay in touch with both you and your new employer, and will always provide you support and assist in resolving any issues with your new position.
