Group Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Hospital Indemnity and Term Life
- You are eligible to enroll in a group health plan upon your hire date through our corporate services provider: Eplica, Inc. Employees have 60 days from the start of the first assignment to enroll in health benefits programs. Your branch will provide enrollment forms to you upon hire.
- Please note: if you do not enroll during your initial eligibility period, you must wait until annual open enrollment in January. Please ask your staffing coordinator for an enrollment kit.
401(k)
- After you have worked 1,000 hours on-assignment with HR Solutions in a 12-month period, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) retirement savings plan, effective the first day of the month on the following calendar quarter.
- You may contribute 1 percent to 100 percent of your salary (up to $15,500 in 2007) with a choice of several fund options. Contribution limits may vary based on your individual compensation.
- The company may match a percentage of your contribution at the end of each calendar year, with full vesting for any company match after two years.
