Is there any provision to be a certified HR professional through on-line. If possible with no cost. In fact I want to add some vlaue to my career through HR knowledges, is it possible please. I am a simple man working in Asian country, named Bangladesh. I would be great help, for me if you take steps to develop my career.

We are not aware of on-line HR certification. However, contact Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM.org) to explore their offerings, and perhaps a robust internet search might yield a university somewhere in the world offering a no cost or low cost HR certification on line. Good luck!
